Foundations Class Scholarship

The CRE 101: Foundations of Real Estate Management course offers an in-depth introduction to the field of property management, catering to individuals keen on exploring the commercial real estate sector and related career paths. The curriculum covers critical aspects of commercial property administration and management, encompassing building operations, financial accounting, contract oversight, and more. Tours of prominent downtown Chicago buildings are also part of this exciting class.

The BOMA/Chicago Foundation offers a scholarship for the Foundations class. Applications for the 2025 Foundations Class Scholarship are due on November 8, 2024. Please contact Jaclynne Madden at jmadden@aieryuwei.net if you have questions or plan to apply.
